Cook to order fish that is served with perfection, this isn’t fast food, it’s good food as the poster on the wall describes. The batter is crispy, light; filled with moist flakey fish. The chips were good, they could of been a little crisper but enjoyable nonetheless. The only improvement I’d make is to the mushy peas, they could do with a little seasoning, but overall a great experience at affordable prices. The staff are colourful and friendly.

Maxines Chippy is a local fish and chips shop. They have very good food. I usually order fish and chips special. Fish is very tasty, chips a little bit to fatty but still alright. They also offer a sausage and spam. Price's went up within last year but this is understandable after energy prices rise. At the moment one fish and chips special cost 4.40£ or 5£ with sos. You can choose a peas, curry or gravy. Serving is quite quick and friendly. Edit: still good food but prices went up.
